Welcome to E Zone IT Solutions Print Kiosk. By using this self-service printing service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Service Description

The E Zone IT Solutions Print Kiosk is a self-service document printing platform. You may upload PDF documents and pay for printing services at supported kiosk locations.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes. You must not upload or print:

• Copyrighted material without appropriate authorisation
• Illegal, offensive, defamatory, or harmful content
• Personal data of third parties without their consent
• Any content that violates applicable laws or regulations

3. File Upload & Storage

Uploaded files are stored temporarily to facilitate printing and are deleted automatically after the print session is complete. We do not retain your documents beyond what is necessary to fulfil your print request.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely. Pricing is displayed before you confirm your print job. By completing payment, you authorise the charge for the specified print job.

5. Print Quality

While we strive to deliver accurate print output, minor variations in colour or formatting may occur depending on the document and printer. We are not liable for variations inherent to the printing process.

6. Limitation of Liability

E Zone IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to loss of data or unsatisfactory print quality.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
